    Terms & Conditions

    1. Who we are

    These terms apply to the sale of digital products by Charydah Rewrites, a sole proprietorship (eenmanszaak) registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 42177596.

    2. The products

    The Nervous System Toolkit and the Rewrite Handbook are digital PDFs for personal use. They are educational and support personal growth and nervous system regulation.

    3. Price and payment

    Prices are shown in euros. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay, and it includes VAT where applicable.

    4. Delivery

    You receive the download link after your payment is completed. If you do not receive it, write to info@charydahrewrites.com.

    5. Personal use and copyright

    The Toolkit and the Handbook are for you alone. Please do not copy, share, resell or distribute them, in whole or in part, without my written permission. All rights reserved.

    6. Not medical or psychological treatment

    My products and coaching are not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment. If you are experiencing serious symptoms, please consult a doctor or therapist. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.

    7. Liability

    You use the tools at your own pace and at your own responsibility. Stop any exercise that does not feel right. To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for damage resulting from the use of the products.

    8. Applicable law

    Dutch law applies to these terms.

    Privacy Policy

    Charydah Rewrites, info@charydahrewrites.com, is responsible for your personal data.

    What I collect

    Your name and email address, and the payment details needed to process your order. Payment details are handled by the payment provider, I do not store card numbers.

    Why

    To deliver your purchase, to send you the download, to answer your questions, to plan our conversation and my coaching, and to meet my legal and tax obligations.

    Who sees it

    Only the providers I need to run the shop and my coaching, such as payment, booking and email delivery. I do not sell your data.

    How long

    As long as needed for the purposes above and as the law requires, for example the tax retention period.

    Your rights

    You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to info@charydahrewrites.com. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

    Refund Policy

    The Toolkit and the Handbook are digital products that you can download straight away. When you buy one, you ask me to deliver it immediately and you agree that your right of withdrawal ends once the download has started.

    Something went wrong, such as a broken file, a double payment or a download that does not work? Write to info@charydahrewrites.com within 14 days and I will fix it or refund you.

    Every body and every life is different. My products and coaching share what helped me and what I use with the women I work with. I cannot promise a specific result, and your experience will depend on you and your circumstances.
